Since I could remember, adult sleep melts have been my nightly routine. In my younger years, before kids, I didn’t struggle with sleep. I absolutely love Wink Sleep Melts! When I first tried it I wasn't sure if it would work for me. I've always struggled with sleep whether it was falling asleep or staying asleep I always woke up feeling tired. Trying these sleep melts for the first time, I actually started getting sleepy within 15 min of taking it and once I went to bed, I actually slept and my husband noticed that I didn't toss and turn throughout the night!
