Products and Services

Product and services pricing may change at any time without notice. All product listings are available while supplies last. We do not guarantee that services will remain available or error-free at all times due to outages from service providers.  

 

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are the most incentivized order type that Wink Well offers. All subscriptions and their saved prices are subject to change with prior notice due to market conditions. Wink Well will email 3 days prior to a subscription shipment to make customer aware of the upcoming order.  If the subscription is not paused or canceled and is shipped, the customer is responsible to pay for shipping and handling for returned or refunded subscription orders. The usual cost shipping and handling is $15 which will be taken from the refund. 

 

Returns and canceling orders

Your satisfaction is important to Wink Well. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us and let us make it right. For subscription orders, you will receive and email 3 days before your card is charged and your order ships. Please make any cancellations or edits to your order before your order ships. Any cancellations that take place after your shipping label is printed and your order is fulfilled will be charged the shipping cost. Customer orders deemed to be fraudulent will be canceled and refunded without notice.
