Collagen is the most abundant protein in your body (we are talking about ⅓ of its protein composition). It’s pretty important for bones, skin, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. A cool way to remember the purpose of Collagen is to remember that it comes from the Greek word “kólla,” which means glue.
As with most things with age, our bodies produce less and lower quality collagen, so we need to find ways to replenish it.

My skin and hair feel great after using this product! I put it in my smoothies daily in the morning, so I really appreciate no flavoring since I get that from my fruits/veggies already. I absolutely love this product and the results I can see, much less the ones I can't! Longer hair and nails, and my skin looks amazing! What I noticed that seemed different than other brands besides the price, was how quick the results. When I began I was recovering from covid related hair loss. Love this stuff! I have been taking it for 3 years now I believe. I started taking it shortly after starting CrossFit for achey joints. This stuff made a world of difference for me. It took about a month for me to start noticing that my constant shoulder aches were no longer there with the use of this collagen. I had tried vital proteins and Orgain prior to this and had no results with either. This stuff is awesome and I tell everyone I know about it. Bonus for hair, skin and nail health too!

Thos collagen first off is so convenient I add 1scoop to my morning coffee I have been using this for 2 months and I've noticed a huge difference in my skin hair and nails
I mix this with my Boost and Immune at least every other morning
I like that it's a powder so I can choose how much to add, often the pill type collagen are too strong and will upset my tummy. To disguise the taste I add some water flavoring (Mio) and it's good to go!
This is one of the better collagen powders I’ve tried, but vanilla and pumpkin spice are definitely better. I hope those both come back soon!

I love this collagen powder. I not only drink it as a shake but also bake with it and add it to my oatmeal, tougher, etc. The protein is a great plus and helps me meet my daily goals. And it tastes delicious!

I've tried a lot of collagen powders, and this is the best tasting one by far. I wish they kept the pumpkin flavor in stock all year round, and sometimes this one is out of stock or takes a while to get delivered (which has forced me to try other brands), but I keep coming back to this vanilla milkshake option!
Blends pretty well in your hot coffee. I love that it's flavorless too.
I would have given 5 stars but to me it is supper sweet. Maybe it's because I went from non flavored for years in my coffee to flavored. Over all the product is good just some adjusting on my behalf for the sweetness.
