Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@winkwell.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns on Products Within 90 Days.
All orders that are within 90 days of the order date are eligible for a 100% refund or exchange. Shipping fees will not be refunded on return orders. Subscription orders will have up to $15 in shipping & handling fee subtracted from the refund. Credit card refunds can take up to 7 business days from the date the order is returned to our warehouse.

  1. For a monetary refund, Customers must send back the order, and it must be postmarked by the 90-day mark from the original order date. Shipping fees will not be refunded on return orders.
  2. For Store Credit: You must send Wink Well an email at hello@winkwell.com, and The Company will set up a Store Credit code for the Affiliate or Customer to use on a future order. Make sure to email by the 90-day mark from your order date. Store Credit is dollar for dollar from the original order and can be used on any future order. Store Credit codes expire after 60 days from the creation date
  3. For a product exchange: Send Wink Well an email at hello@winkwell.com, let the Company know what the issue or complaint is, and what product you're interested in trying instead. If unsure, the Company will offer product replacement suggestions.

Returns Ninety-one (91) days to One-hundred-and-twenty (120) days After Purchase.
All orders that are within 91 and 120 days of the order date are eligible for 100% Store Credit or a product exchange. Send Wink Well an email at hello@winkwell.com to get started on that.

Returns From 121 days to One year After Purchase.
All orders that are within 121 and 365 days of the order date are eligible for 50% Store Credit or a product exchange. Send Wink Well an email at hello@winkwell.com to get started on that.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
