I was super skeptical about all the success women were sharing they were having with this product. I thought, that couldn't be me. I was having cramps that would bring my life to a crying stop in bed or on the couch. Sometimes for a couple days. I'm a busy working mom. I don't have time for that. Started these about a month ago, just finishing up my first period since starting them. My flow was significantly lighter than previously and I had almost no cramps. One day of light cramping versus multiple days of terrible cramping. Iām a believer! This really works to reduce period symptoms!
