HOW DO I USE THE SPRAY?
- As part of a calming bedtime routine, spray onto soles of feet and back of knees
- Gently massage into skin
- Wipe off after 15 minutes if desired
- Ages 1-3: up to 4 sprays
- Ages 4-8: up to 6 sprays
- Ages 9+: up to 10 sprays
- A tingling sensation is normal. Avoid spraying on broken skin.

WILL I EXPERIENCE A TINGLING OR ITCHING SENSATION AFTER APPLYING?

It should not be used under the nose, especially not on infants as they can inadvertently rub their nose and eyes. Our Chest Rub is recommended for use on chest, feet, and back.
HOW LONG BEFORE THE CHEST RUB WORKS?
Using our Chest Rub consistently over a week or two should help your child associate the feel and smell and experience the calming effects included with sleep. Make it a part of your regular nighttime routine to receive the most benefit.
DOES THE CHEST RUB HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE?
Two years from purchase date. Be sure to store it in a cool/dark place.
