Good Quality, Bitter Taste but Daughter Doesn’t Mind

These seem to be good quality low dose melatonin for my 3 year old daughter who from infancy has not had the ability to wind down for sleep. I could tell with our previous supplement that she would have inconsistent amounts of melatonin which bothered me as I prefer to keep her exposure to a minimum. With these it seems very stable. I always test anything I give my kids. The flavor is fine but is pretty bitter. It doesn’t stop my daughter from taking it but for that reason I wish there was other flavor or unflavored options.

Quick sleep
