HOW MUCH VITAMIN C IS TOO MUCH?
Vitamin C is water-soluble, so it isn’t stored in the body. As you consume Vitamin C it gets transported to your tissues through body fluids (any extra gets excreted through urine). Therecommended tolerable upper limit of Vitamin C is 2,000 mg per day. Above that limit an individual may experience digestive discomfort, but an overdose is rare and very unlikely.
HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM IMMUNE + COUGH?
Boost is a powder form that can be mixed into your drink of choice. It’s heavy in Vitamin C where Immune is Elderberry-based. Both great ingredients that have different purposes for overall immune health! As with any diet, proper hydration also aids in overall well-being and our electrolytes are great at hydration support.

The Piña Colada flavor is the bomb! So refreshing and delicious. Not too sweet and yet not tart. It is the most delicious way I have ever boosted my immune system. My kids love it too and take a half a stick pack (ages 6 and 10…have been taking Boost for a few years before these ages).
