Shake Things Up With These 7 Chocolate Protein Recipes

Are you looking to get more protein into your diet? Well, you’ve come to the right place. Protein is a huge part of a healthy diet. Protein is made of amino acids (building blocks) and helps to build and repair muscles and bones. Think of protein as an amazing energy source for your body.

Now combine protein with chocolate and you’ve got yourself a nice little treat. Check out these 7 chocolate protein shake recipes and let us know which one you plan to try!

Oh and P.S. You can always add in Zen Drops, Energy, Boost, or Collagen depending on what your goals/feelings are at the moment!

P.P.S. Whenever bananas are referenced in the ingredients, we are talking about peeled and frozen. Some people prefer to pre-slice into ‘coins’ and freeze so it’s easier to blend. Frozen bananas usually last up to 30 days in the freezer so you can prep in advance. Make sure the bananas look ripe (skin is turning slightly brown) and then freeze.

And one final tip for smoothie-making; if your smoothie is too thick, add more milk. If it’s too thin, add more ice.
