We try not to give melatonin every night, but it is something we use when needed. Especially use this when traveling to help our kids acclimate and it is so good. I love that. It’s not a gummy, as I feel like those just don’t work as well for my children.

Sleep little angel sleep

I have used these melts on nights where i feel my girls maybe a little more wound up than normal and might need a boost help them relax rather than play around for the next 60 mins. They work great! The girls love the taste and i love the quiet. 30 mins and they are relaxed and quickly approaching snooze fest. The nights they get a melt they sleep a little better (less disturbance at night). Great investment.
