IS THERE A BEST TIME TO TAKE THIS?
Any time is a great time! Generally speaking, taking vitamins with a meal can enhance absorption and increase blood levels more efficiently, but it isn’t necessary.
HOW MUCH VITAMIN C IS TOO MUCH?
Vitamin C is water-soluble, so it isn’t stored in the body. As you consume Vitamin C it gets transported to your tissues through body fluids (any extra gets excreted through urine). Therecommended tolerable upper limit of Vitamin C is 2,000 mg per day. Above that limit an individual may experience digestive discomfort, but an overdose is rare and very unlikely.
HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM IMMUNE + COUGH?
Boost is a powder form that can be mixed into your drink of choice. It’s heavy in Vitamin C where Immune is Elderberry-based. Both great ingredients that have different purposes for overall immune health! As with any diet, proper hydration also aids in overall well-being and our electrolytes are great at hydration support.
CAN I TAKE THIS WITH A MULTIVITAMIN?
Yes, you can. You may exceed your daily intake but generally, you can take this with another multivitamin. If you have questions, please consult your doctor.
