I have used these melts on nights where i feel my girls maybe a little more wound up than normal and might need a boost help them relax rather than play around for the next 60 mins. They work great! The girls love the taste and i love the quiet. 30 mins and they are relaxed and quickly approaching snooze fest. The nights they get a melt they sleep a little better (less disturbance at night). Great investment.
