Our Kids Sleep Drops/Melts are for ages 3 years+. They are also formulated with natural ingredients which means we leave out excess sugars, harsh chemicals, and artificial dyes that little bodies don’t need.
Really it comes down to preference! Both are for kids and formulated to promote safe sleep.* Sleep Drops can more easily be mixed into liquids for consumption if desired.
Natural means that all of our ingredients are naturally sourced. We don’t use any harsh chemicals, fillers or processed sugars.
My oldest and youngest take sleep melts. They both struggle with falling asleep and my youngest struggled with staying asleep as well. These really help and it helps them get a better nights rest! Sleep melts are a dream - no pun intended! They're gentle on my kids, and we use them a few times a month. They just help our nighttime routine every now and then, and help the kids settle in before bed. I know they're safe for my kids, non-habit forming, and gentle all around.
